Edit for heaphones. Real good cover, sort of big band edition. From his third album "The Art Of Chris Farlowe" (1966).
The album was produced by Mick Jagger and Andrew Loog Oldham. Engineer was Glyn Johns, for many years the Stones’ engineer.
Here is some interesting information about Chris Farlowe and the involvement of Mick Jagger and Keith Richards:

Personnel on the album:
Chris Farlowe: vocals.
Albert Lee: guitars, vocals.
Ricky Chapman: bass guitar, acoustic guitar, vocals.
Pete Solley: hammond organ, piano, electric piano, vocals.
Carl Palmer: dums, percussion.
Andy White: drums, percussion on "Out of Time".
Mick Jagger: backing vocals.
Alan Florence: 2nd engineer.
Arthur Greenslade: strings arrangements, conductor.
Alas, female vocals and horns unknown, they sure did a good job there!
