Stephen Sutton (16 December 1994 – 14 May 2014) was a British blogger and charity activist known for his blog "Stephen’s Story" and his Teenage Cancer Trust charity for the aid of teenagers with cancer. As of 4 May 2014, the charity has raised £3,183,116.50, more than triple the original goal.

Nigel Stepney (1958 – 2 May 2014) was a British-born former Formula One mechanic. He was team manager and chief mechanic of JRM Racing, in the FIA World Endurance Championship. He started in Formula One as a mechanic at Shadow in 1977, then followed Elio de Angelis to Team Lotus before moving to Benetton for the late 1980s and early 90s and then to Scuderia Ferrari with Michael Schumacher, Rory Byrne and Ross Brawn. He was Chief Mechanic at Ferrari and later became Race and Test Technical Manager
Elliot Rodger (July 24, 1991 – May 23, 2014) was confirmed by police to be the sole perpetrator of the mass killings. A total of seven people died, including Rodger, and thirteen others were wounded.Rodger, who was Eurasian, wrote in his manifesto that being mixed race made him "different from the normal fully white kids".
Simon Andrews (14 August 1984 – 19 May 2014) was a motorcycle racer from Worcester, England. He competed in the British Superbike Championship for RAF Reserves aboard a Honda CBR1000RR. Andrews lived in Evesham, England. On off-weekends he often competed in drifting and motocross, however he did not hold a license to ride motorcycles on the road.
